Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

 

Primary Responsibilities

• Roofing Installation and Repair Install asphalt shingle, metal, and flat roofing systems; perform leak diagnosis and repairs.

• Project Management Oversee job sites, schedule crews, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality control.

• Sales and Estimating Inspect roofs, prepare estimates, present proposals, and close residential/commercial contracts.

• Customer Service and Communication Maintain a customer-first approach; coordinate with homeowners, adjusters, and suppliers.

• Safety and Compliance Follow OSHA guidelines, maintain jobsite safety, and document work.

Required Skills and Experience

• For field roles: Roofing experience preferred; willing to train motivated candidates.

• For management/sales: Proven estimating, project coordination, or sales experience in construction or roofing.

• General: Strong communication, attention to detail, valid driver’s license, ability to lift and work at heights.

• Certifications (preferred): OSHA 10/30, NRCA training, GAF/IKO manufacturer certifications, driver’s license, insurance knowledge.
